Copies of marriage records can be obtained from the Register of Wills. Divorce records can be requested from the Delaware County Office of Judicial Support. Birth and death records are available from Vital Records.

You can submit an open records request for other county records. An open records request is simply an official request to view particular public government or agency documents. There is a portal through the county website to search most records online. If you cannot locate a record, you can request records through the Open Records Officer.
